I have a 97 crv and the code is coming up a cylinder 3 miss fire. I have changed plugs wires, plugs, cap and roater, coil. Its getting spark so then i changed the injector and it still miss fires. Does anyone know what else it could be and how i would find out. Thanks
Check to make sure you have good compression. I'd recommend a leak-down test, but a simple compression test will do.
And since you have replaced most everything, it leads me to believe that there isn't any compression. Likely due to an issue with the old crv heads creating excessive recesses in the valve seats over time, which can lead to the loss of cylinder compression.
Now, that may be jumping to conclusions but if that is the case, you will need to replace the cylinder head or swap in another long block.

You can drive around as much as you want on it, but driving around on 3 cylinders isn't very fun.

Same thing happened to my 98 Honda CR-V. One exhaust valve in cylinder #3 was burned. The car ran like total crap and the compression results showed for it. All cylinders read 190 psi with the exception of #3 which had a reading of 30 psi. I decided to replace the entire long-block as it seemed more cost effective. I ended up paying $495.00 for the low mileage JDM B20B long-block and did the labor myself.
The new low mileage motor runs absolutely flawless! For those of you who haven't experienced the CR-V burned valve symptoms yet, I suggest you keep those valves adjusted or at least monitor them every 15,000 miles to ensure that they are still within specification. Hope this helps.
