Default 97 Accord lx 4d, turbo problems.

Ok, About a month ago my timing belt broke. I replaced the timing belt. Sent off the head, got the head back good as new with new valves and valve seals. After all that Started it up. Idle PERFECT, but.... when I drove it was weird.
It is a really hard to explain btw. So I got to thinkin, "****, I forgot to adjust the valves". Adjusted the valves. still with same problem. So then I thought about exhaust leak. Fixed the leak with a new manifold gasket. Still same problem. So I was stumped, checked compression 165-167 on all cylinders. So now I am thinking I might have a problem with the turbo and/or compressor side.
BTW, the car was running STRONG when the timing belt broke. Didnt seem to have ANY problems.
I wish I had a nice camera or something but I dont. But Ill do a little demo anyway.
The car used to sound like....(work with me here, I know it is dumb but anyway)
vvvvvvVVVVVRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSchi

Now it sounds like.... vrvrvrvrvrvvVVRRVRRRoomph

I have heard of people needing to change out the spring in the BOV, could this be a problem?
Dude I know I seem dumb but I am using the resources I have at my finger tips IE the keyboard. lol.
Any suggestions would be GREAT. thnx.

You gotta be more discriptive about what the problem is. So there is a lack of power and the engine sound has changed?

Since you replaced the timing belt, you might want to double check and make sure you didn't skip a tooth and make sure you set the tensioner properly.

Oh oops, Yes the engine still makes the same amount of boost as it did prior to the timing belt shinanigans.
and BTW Timing is spot on.
It runs like any other accord before I start to build boost.

Ninja edit*
I REALLY wish I had more to say about the problem, but the problem is I dont know what the problem is.
The compression test returned excellent results, the only thing I have yet to do is a leak down. I figured it was kinda pointless since I got good results from the compression test.
The lack of power seems to be only when im 60% on throttle or more like WOT.
