i have a dc4 integra i just out a jdm b16 and tranny in it i bought the shell from form a friend and now the only power i have is too the hazerd lights . i check the battery fuse and its good . i check grounds and ive been useing a mulity meter.the car has been sitting for a long time . any surg. would help
