ok i have an 88 civic hatch dx we had a dohc zc in there and the head was shot so we swapped it to a d15b7 well we start it it idle like a champ but when you push the gas it surges bad. the ecu keeps flashing 14 (IAC) well we have switched the IAC 4 times we have put a new gasket on the intake we have basically doneeverything short of changing the wiring harness. you go to drive it and it surges the whole car anyone any ideas at all? we have even swapped ecu's we took the aftermarket fuel pressure regulator off we cannot figure this out.
