i just installed my world sport exhaust on my hatch and i keep on getting exhaust leaks on the back just before the muffler i even went to purchase new gaskets but still the same thing what am i doing wrong. the pipes dont sit flush at all ?

are you sure that the pipes are "right side up"?

sometimes if they are "backwards" they wont sit flush & they wont sit against the car right.

try flipping the mid-pipe maybe or even the b-pipe too

 

how can you tell if the pipe is backward cause is there only one way to put it on

bet thats your problem..if not try using some permatex on the gasket, stuff works wonders.

also if this is a used exaust, take a belt sander and sand the ends of the piping to remove any rust or debris

 

man i flipped it both ways and still getting air coming out of it. i put in some vibrant gaskets and still this is bugging me cause it makes my whole car shake horrible. any one had a problem like this. i don't know what else to do
