Icon6 f23 cranshaft removal ?

im trying to remove my crankshaft in my f23 "correctly" - but i cant find a bolt removal or installation sequence in my chilton manual.
i used "search" and googled the $#it out of it to no avail...
i gotta get the block bored and honed, and i gotta get the crank knife edged.

I've been told by many, many people to not knife edge the crankshaft. I'm pretty sure on the F23 you can remove the main bearing cap bolts in any order, just be logical and use common sense, 1/3 turn at a time. Let me know what year and model it is and I can find out for sure though.

without the helms in front of me I can't quote it to you, but you remove the crank girdle essentially the same way you would remove the head.
