What should I consider testing or replacing if I am getting weak spark at the coil? Also noticed that car chuggs for a couple seconds only when in first gear from a complete stop and normal acceleration. Like it hesitates

 

your ignition system is only composed of a few components. you have the igniter (within dizzy), coil (within dizzy), plugs and wires. you can get a multimeter and a chiltons manual and test the different continuity points on the dizzy and see if they are in spec. otherwise i would put new plugs in

 

First thing I would check is to make sure the o-ring isn't leaking on the distributor. A lot of the 92-95's will start to see oil leaking into the distributor once they get some miles on them. A guy at work just got done replacing the o-ring on his 94 LX and I just replaced mine on my 94 EX. His was much worse than mine and was causing a misfire so he replaced the entire distributor assembly whereas mine was just starting to leak.

 

What about the ecu,battery, and other sensor wires causing this???

As long as you have proper battery voltage and signal voltage at the coil the ECU, battery, ground wires, etc. are fine. If you're seeing low numbers then I'd be concerned about other things. You're digging too far into this I think. You need to start at the easiest place then work to the harder places because 90% of the time the problem is the simplest thing.

 

so name some places I should be looking first in order to find out weak my spark is weak. Please keep in mind. entire dizzy is brand new not rebuilt, came with new o ring, wires and plugs all new from honda and properly gapped.

 

replace the coil. its a weak coil.
