5600 RPM fall out.
I have a OBD-1 B16, with VAFC2, and just got it. When it hits 5500 RPM's it falls flat on its face, but if I am going and downshift to where it would be about 5500, its runs fine, but no VTEC.
Anyone have ideas what could be causing this?

Bump.
I figured out that if I let it rev over 5600 at less than 50% throttle it will go over it. (But whats the point of that).
Also if I got 100% throttle it will bog at any RPM really.
It basically like hits a wall...
What is causing this?
