Default Random Technology HFC

Was looking around for a header and came across this. It is actually a downpipe that hooks up to the top part of the stock header, where a comptech shorty would end. Sounded pretty interesting being that it's emissions legal and is claimed to make 12whp by itself, I'm not sure if I believe that but.

My question is whether or not I'd have to get the CEL fix/eliminator or not with this or not. I like the cars exhaust quite but still wanted to get a little more power and pass emissions. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also would a Comptech or Megan Shory header be worth while with this or not?

I don't know if it is an option, but I think you can get a catted header for around the same price as a high flow cat+shorty header, and it will probably make more power.

Hmm good point the vibrant w/ HFC+ a defouler would be cheaper. Ballpark of power gains with a Fujita SRI and this header?

I'm not positive man.

Vibrant Catted Header isn't cheap tho. I'm in the market for a non-catted one.
