Im looking for a thicker midpipe but want to still keep the resonator ..does anyone know if I can direct bolt in a midpipe from an ek coupe to the hatch or are the measurements different??

 

the DX coupe midpipe is identical to the CX and DX hatch midpipe, same part number and all, so while it fits fine its not really going to help you. You can use an EX midpipe (which may or may not be bigger) if you use the EX manifold, downpipe and cat as well.

 

Do you know if I can just change the midpipe to a ex ..or do I have to change the manifold and downpipe like you said??

 

You have to change the manifold and cat as well, otherwise you will have a huge gap between the manifold and the midpipe.
