Default optimal speed for fuel efficiency (01 CG2 V6)

Hey everyone!

I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX Coupe with a J30A1 V6 in it. does anyone know at which speed the engine drives most fuel-efficiently in the highest gear? I've tried driving marginally slow on the freeways: at 65 mph, but actually got slightly fewer mpg than when I did 70+. I read somewhere that it does pretty good at 78 mph. what do You think?

Thanks in advance!

I noticed in my 4 cyl that doing 80-90, I get better mileage than doing 70-75. A friend of mine said the same thing about a civic.

I have a 99 V6 EX Coupe. My optimal MPG seems to be around 72 MPH...32 MPG.
