Default Rear disk on EK

Do you need to put an Si Master Cylinder, Prop Valve, and Brake Booster on when you are swapping an EK's drums for Disk?

Thanks in advance.

You only need the master cylinder. If you have an EX you need the proportioning valve too, if you have DX, CX, HX, or LX it's already the same prop valve as an SI.

I don't think you need a master cylinder and brake booster..

I don't think you are correct in your proportioning valves;

SiR/SI/EX model 46210-S04-852

Other models 46210-S04-902/901

The EX has a different proportioning valve because it has bigger front brakes than the other models, but still has drums in the rear.

not a difference canadian or not, the fact is they are different valves.

I was just trying to clarify things, I've always put in Si/Sir valves for all the swaps we've done as that's the only civic with rear discs up here.

Well here in the US the USDM Si uses the same prop valve as the DX, LX, CX, etc. The USDM Si brake booster is also the same as the DX for sure.
