Default Help! Ebay'd Again!

Hey guys....I dont know why I keep doing this to myself, But im done now...Promise.

I ordered a set of 81.25mm p30 pistons and rings from Ebay member "FOREVERJDM" heres what they sent me.

Piston Part # P30-000

Rings Part # PR3-003 (USDM?)

The pistons are 81mm standard bore and the rings im confused on, .3 over size? They are for a 81mm piston but would have to be file fitted?.

Either way, these guys ****ed me. Their communication is virtually non-existant. I just filed a dispute with paypal over the whole thing.

Here's my question. Who knows the Honda part #'s of the 81.25mm p30 pistons and rings?

I just want to make sure I buy the right parts this time.

What are the first 4 digits of the part number? They indicate what size pistons and rings you have. For all OEM Honda Pistons

13010-***-*** = STD Piston
13011-***-*** = STD Rings
13020-***-*** = .25 OS Piston
13021-***-*** = .25 OS Rings

Take a picture of the boxes for both the pistons and rings. For example when I ordered RS machine pistons that were 81.5mm or .020" oversized the box said 81mm but in the bottom right hand corning it said .20 which meant they were .020" or .5mm oversized.

Naw dude...These are stock bore....My machine shop measured the diameter of them and they have my block already bored to 81.25mm, So its set in stone these are wrong.

The only other numbers on the boxes are these.

Piston: G7K09

Rings: 8C24

Yup you got OEM stock bore pistons & rings with those numbers.

B16A1 0.25 OS;
13020-P30-G00 = .25 OS Pistons
13021-PR3-003 = .25 OS Rings

Thanks Ghost. What does the 003 represent? as opposed to say 004?

"the 003 to 004 is most likely the "generation" replacment. 3's are probably older than the 4's" Is this correct?

I wouldn't trust a machine shop that overbores a block without the pistons.

You'll probably need these .5mm overbore since the machine shop already bored the block without the pistons so in case they went wide with the bore you'll need to go another .25mm overbore. Or contact this ebay seller if he has a 81.25mm set.
