ok i got a set of srp pistons and i need new rings and i have on hand a set on 81.5mm rings oem honda ones and i was wondering what you guys think about useing the oem ones with srp's and another thing is all the motors i have built the pistons have had a arrow marked on the top of the piston to tell you what way to install them but the srp's dont so if somone could help me out thanks.

 

i thought honda only made up to .25mm over bore rings. anyways get je rings the groves will be a different size and material a different expassion rate, a forged piston is different from a stock piston. the way to tell the piston position is valve reliefs in the piston top.
