Interally Gated Turbo, what mani?

Interally Gated Turbo, what mani?
I am looking at getting a buddy of mines interally gated Garrett T3 Turbo. What Manifold could/should I run with this? I'm sure I wouldn't run a mani with the external wastegates would I?
Any suggestions?

Either get a pre-made manifold and block off the wastegate port, or just get a shop like mine to make you one with out a wastegate port.

Well I plan on running a different turbo in the future with an external wastegate anyhow. So I guess I should just get one that has the wastegate port, and just block it off till then.
