Gotta be the synchros...usually 2-3 goes first.

it doesnt grind when i downshift only when i go from 2-3 at 8000 rpm's
see i pushed in the cluch all the way shifted it fast without letting go the cluch and it still grinded
but last week i put red line fluid in my transmision i put 1qt MTL and 1qt MT90 into the transmision and a week later this **** happend and it didnt dribbe out so i put some more in till it dribbled out and still grinds do u think its the redline

its your synchros.. it should only usually be from 1st~2nd or from 3rd~4th.. a mechanic i know says synchros works in pairs or doubles or someshit like that.

Your 2-3 synchros are more worn than the others, and with the change to the Redline stuff, it has compounded the problem. The only thing that shifts properly in Honda transmissions is Honda MTL (manual transmission lubricant).

Switch back. Trust me, I've been there.
