Default D15B2 in 1993 Hatch

I have a 1993 Honda Civic Dx and it has a D15B2 block in it. I know there should be a D15B7 in it. Yet it still has the injectors for the OBD1 engine. Not sure if the tranny is from the other engine or the ecu. Im just wondering how is it that I can have that type of engine in my car. The wire harness is hacked up but looks like its from the d15b7 and i want to know since i have a different generation engine in my car what was involved to get it in there....or if the d15b7 and b2 are completely interchangeable.

Edit: Just went out and looked and the ecu is a P06

The B2 is mechanically the equivalent of the B7, the only difference within the confines of the short block being the camshaft and possibly the piston dish (marginal if the difference exists, can't remember off hand). I would consider them both a direct replacement for the other if the proper fuel injection system is retained for the chassis and ECU.

Ok so if I wanted to go back I would only need to change the dizzy? Along with a whole new engine of course
