What would be a better camshaft?

What is better a zex 105300 cam or a crower stage 2 cam....quality wise?

The only aftermarket cam (D16y8, SOHC) I have ever had was a Crower stg 2. Definitely good stuff.

cool cool, that is what i was going to go after but then i saw that the zex was like 50 bucks cheaper but somewhat of the same specs and one of my buddies said that they are both real good and will give me an increase in hp either way and about the same amount of hp
