my horn on my 91 civic doesnt work ive taken the wheel off bent the little copper piece thought maybe it wasnt getting a good contact but thats not working..the fuses are good..im just wondering if there was a relay for the horn or is the switch in the steering wheel shot
let me know what the problem can be

 

Have you tested the horns. They may have gone out. Have you checked for power at the plug to the horns? This way you have somewhere to start.

 

the connection on the back of the wheel seems to be good but i found out that it seems like theres no power getting to the horn (if that makes any sense)
