Default journal bearing gt28?

I recently picked up this turbo and the previous owner told me its a gt28 journal bearing. the turbo has both coolant and oil passages. I was told that it made 250whp at 10psi on a stock gsr. Can anymore confirm how much power this turbo can put out? The reason i'm asking because after purchasing the turbo i'm thinking about shooting for a higher hp goal for my build. I only have 2 pictures of the turbo at the moment. I will try and get more asap if no one can identify it by these pictures. thanks.

Umm yea for the most part it's not the biggest turbo, from your second pic it has an a/r of .43 which is quite small. Yea unfortunetly your not going to be able to push out to much hp with this thing.

I don't think this turbo is ideal for a B-series. Probably will suffer on the top end.

Maybe a D-series.. It will spool pretty soon. Good for the street. Though I do not condone street racing.

in my opinion its just not worth going to the trouble of doing everything else to the car and then putting that size of turbo on it... counter productive i would think
