pr3 would depict the piston dome match a b16a motor, 88-91 B16 motor to be exact.
here is a site showing the diffrent dome types on honda pistons

im not a pro so i would like to hear too...lol... seriously though ...the pr3 pistons would work nice on a mildly street build motor...all depends on what you are planning to use the motor for.

If you are refer to the rs pistons pr3 pistons? I actually have the 82mm version of these pistons. I have no issues and pushing over 200hp....
Bring up a compression calculator and figure it out. With that said, I run PR3's with a GSR head in a B1 block (81.5mm) Bumps compression enough to make a difference but can still run on 92 octane fuel. I think I am around 11.5-1 11.7-1.
Hope that helps.
