Default greddy turbo kit and trade

ok so here we go. i have a friend well a freind that has a friend with a ep3 that is selling soon for 7k. he is trying to get the most out of it so he said he would sell me his greddy turbo kit. and the piggyback emange thing and everything i need. i have to trade stock parts that he will need to make it back to stock lol and 1k on my part as for money. hes had the kit on there for 2 years and has only 54k on th tac for his mileage. sounds like a good idea eh?

your titles need some common sense.

i would say that would be a good deal. stock header, intake, etc that is needed to turn a car back to stock can be had for really cheap.

$1000 for the full turbo kit? Talk about lucky.

what condition is the kit in? does the turbo smoke at all? just cuz it's "only 2 years old" doesn't mean it's in good condition.

If you can afford the downtime of tearing your car apart and waiting for him to do the same, then go for it. Personally I wouldn't give away MY stock parts, but they can be easily found in the classifieds
