Welcome to the board, but a couple things...
1. When you make a thread, make the title about your problem or question, people are more likely to see it and help.
2. It's hard as hell figuring out someone's problem when it's not typed out in a clear and legible way.
3. Chances are nobody is gonna email you. You have the option of receiving an email notifying you that someone has replied on here.
Anyways, was anything done to the timing belt before that motor was swapped in? Either a new one could have been installed wrong or the old one could have jumped teeth. Also, you might want to do a compression and/or leakdown test to figure out if there's something going on internally. If you don't know how to do it, you can search, there are a lot of writeups explaining it.
Also get a helm's manual, not the chilton's or hayne's. There are a lot of ways to diagnose problems before you start throwing parts at it and spending unnecessary money.

i put new timing belt, had it retiming when it sits and idol it just putters and sound like ite not hitting on all cyclinder
I'm not tryting to be a dick, but you are terrible at typing and describing stuff. I get it if you weren't born in this country but you have to help us to help you.
What happens a lot when people replace a timing belt is they get the intake cam a tooth off. That timing light isn't gonna help you if you timed it wrong with the belt. If the belt is timed right, find a buddy that has a known working distributor and give it a try.
And like i said before, do a compression and leakdown test.
I hope that makes sense and helps out I'm F'd up right now
