you bought a honda and wanted low to mid power?
I don't know what to tell you besides you must have a LS with a LS head. The intake manifolds have different bolt patterns (I assumed your talking about the intake manifold as all bseries exhaust ones fit each other and there for not relevant)

Besides all this... You bought the car this way?

What LSVtecWill was trying to say is that if you really have a GSR head, then you do not have a LS intake manifold. The LS manifold cannot bolt onto a GSR because it has a different bolt pattern. Maybe you have a ITR style manifold?

Also what ecu do you have?

Did you check the wiring for the knock sensor to see if its wired correctly?

It sounds like a bad knock sensor (limp mode). They are just little microphones and more delicate than you might think. And where did you install the knock sensor? The LS block does not have a mounting hole.

I would also like to know what ECU.

Haha I love when nsxtasy does that. Get more specific with the thread title.

Anyways, what ECU are you running? If it actually is a GSR head, and you say it's an "LS" manifold, chances are it's a skunk2 or blox manifold. If this is the case and you don't have a tune, it's not gonna run right.

If your car isn't tuned, I recommend chipping the ECU and tuning it on the dyno. While doing that, they can disable the knock sensor in the ecu, problem solved. Honda knock sensors are crap anyway
