Default HF Manifold...wastegate location???

Going to be using a hf manifold for my turbo setup with an adapter to hook it up to a Td04L off of a wrx, not the best mani I know but Im on a tight budget and I was made an offer for it that I couldnt really refuse.

Planning on using an external wg since the internal one has been welded shut, specifically a tial 38 mm...asking for suggestions on were is the best location on the manifold for a wg flange? What works best, hoping to get some input from people that have used this mani with an external wg before.

You are way better off having someone make you a cheap log manifold than buying adapter flanges and then modding a wastegate on a hf mani. It is really going to look and perform like ****. An hf mani should really only be used on a internal gated turbo. If you really are set on it have someone bore out the o2 sensor hole and weld an elbow on it but the elbow will likely crack.
