Default what else do I need for CRVTEC besides block and head?

I might just buy a built block and type-r head and piece together the other pieces myself. What else will I need? IM, TB, header, alternator, pwr steering pump, oil pump, fuel rail, injectors, fpr, distributor... thats all I can think of so far, plz add to my list...
