LOTS of preasure in cooling system from crankcase ? PLEASE HERLP me out !
READ ALL, 40$ reward !!
ok, long story short, i have bleeded and done everything to try fix it , please give me an idea.
Im getting lots of preasure in the cooling system, so much coolant overflows from my reservoir and the enigne overheats... This is a new rebuilt enigne, so all sensors are new and cleaned out...
But i know its not headgasket because im not loosing coolant through exhaust, also theres no smoike from exhasut so,
what can it be ?
PLEASE HELP ME OUT, if solved 40$ on the line, because it take 60$ for a mechanic to look at it, but i rather do it my self and pay someone on here 40$ for the help, thanks much

That still sounds just exactly like a blown headgasket, you wont always see or even smell burnt coolant from the exhaust, excessive pressure in the cooling system and overheating are pretty classic symptoms though.
yeah, but still it would get coolant into the the cylinder , and its not, so i dont know if its the gasket.
can it be sensors or some lines in the cooling system ? or thermostat ??
but again how would it get preasure in cooling system,
so somehow vacuum air is preasurizing the cooling system.
Can it be that i replaced the metal coolant line thats by valve covr joined with intake line , i replaced that with a rubber one ? and shortened it ? can that cause something.

Leakdown test will tell you everything. 20 minutes to do it is worth it, There have plenty of fresh builds with blown hg's

You could have a blown headgasket or the worse case is that one of the cylinder walls is cracked. If you know what a block tester is, use one of those.
My head was warped, and it did the EXACT thing. Pressure in the radiator, but no water in the cylinders, or oil.
Like Tallboy said, leakdown test, or just pull the head and have it milled.

could also b ur radiator cap! i had this problem on my crx.. i changed out the cap and bam no more problems.. lmk if that works out.. there only like 12buxs from kragen/autozone
Yep, when mine warped, I went thru all the options from cheapest to finnally the head.
Radiator Cap, Thermostat, Radiator, finnally head. I had already done the water pump the year before, and it was still working.
Good luck

ok, i changed the headgasket, i tookout the metal one and installed a grpahite, right now first start, i took off the radiator cxap, and started it, its been running 15-20 minutes, when i rev it a bit, i seem to get a littel bit of preasure or bubboles coming out, by taking rad cap of and letting run till thermostat opens it bleeding itself right
