Default 93 DB1 high idle

Ok my teg with a XSi swap keeps idleing at 2500 to 3000rpm. it has a chipped ecu, so i plugged a stock one in and still the same. replaced the tps and seemed like it worked for a while but now its doing it again. Also i dont know if it has anything to do with it but my starter seems like its going out and i just put a new battery in. and its doing it again? any suggestions?

it was a dumb fix, just let off the throttle cable a lil, it was holding the tb open a lil.
