Try this, as dumb as it sounds, turn to the key to the start position and hold it there, see if the car will stay running while you hold it in start "dont worry it wont damage the starter, the starter has an overun clutch that prevents that."

If it will stay running in the start position but not when you let it out of start you need a new ignition switch.

If that isn't it, check the computer for codes after it dies. The comp should be under your passenger side floor carpet, itll blink out numbers with pauses betwen codes.

sounds like the "electrical" part of the key ignition switch. aka a pigtail.
very easy to change out and somewhat affordable.
they are around 70 bucks OEM honda.
check out this link. http://techauto.awardspace.com/ignitionswitch.html
it will explain on how to check the origional solder points to see if they are damaged.
if they look bad, then replace the part. do not attempt to repair.
btw if you dont replace the part the "not starting" will get worse and the car will shut off while driving down the road.

Thanks for not removing this thread. I found it and the reason my car is doing what it is.

So it wasn't the ignition switch because from what you said that sounds like the problem.

I've had that happen before and the battery was too low to power the fuel pump
