Replacing Head Gasket

I blew my Head Gasket and will be replacing it with a new Cometic gasket. How difficult is this process? I have a helms manual. Any tips are appreciated.

As long as you follow the bolt pattern and tourqe specs. it's easy

If your cams are adjusted, put them back to stock.

If youre taking off your head for the 2nd time using stock head studs, get the Arp ones, just to be safe this time around.

ARP's studs are illegal for the ECHC BTW.

they are like 119 for a set.. im sure thats worth it.. but im putting my engine together, can i get stock ITR or GSR.. my head is a ITR??

It's not all that hard, just take your time...they recommend that you install new head bolts every time that you pull the head off.
