Default Sensor Or Cat?

Ok so i got the code P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) after i had replaced my timing belt and water pump. My car is a 99 civic si w/ 111k miles. I suppose i need a new cat or replace the first o2 sensor. Is it worth doing both at teh same time or buying one at a time? Any suggestions?

It's either the cat or the secondary O2 sensor, not the primary O2 sensor.
