Default Need to replace coolant - a few questions?

I need to replace the coolant on my car soon (2000 Accord Sedan 5 speed 2.3L 4cyl). Does anyone have a link to a writeup that they can let me know about for the process? Or is it straight forward?

Also can I use non oem fluid (I have a bottle of prestone antifreeze that I would like to use and mix it 50/50 with distilled water)?

Thanks

Instructions are in the owner's manual. I prefer using Honda coolant, as it is premixed and is silicate free. You can use non-oem coolant; but, check to see if it is silicate free.
