Clutch Engagement Issues
Sooo, had some clutch engagement issues when moving out of gear, but mostly into gear. Sometimes I'm locked out of getting in completely but the issues is not consistent enough for me to figure out what it could be.
Tried flushing the clutch fluid --> black, used up 3/4 of a bottle to get it back to olive oil clear --> Problem went away.
Now it's back.
Today replaced the clutch master cylinder (leaking) and the clutch slave (pretty bad shape). It's a 95 GSR - 120,000 Miles.
Now the problem is WORSE! The pedal feels great, but can't engage gears correctly.
Question: What internal part could be causing this?!
(oh yea, and if anyone can tell me why I'm tagged as a "new user" that would be helpful too!)
Question 2 : What clutch should I replace with? I'm running Type R Head + Type R Catback, but no thoughts of putting any more power adders.
thanks in advance!!
