car dies...

92 civic d16z6, if you rev to 3-4k and let off idle will drop to around 2-300 and then go back to normal, rev it to 5k and let off and then it will die...any ideas??

Is the CEL ON?

Have you cleaned the IACV?

no cel, cleaned in....sept last year

You may want to do some electrical troubleshooting of the IACV and its circuit.

I recommend that you start by troubleshooting the IACV as the engine is having trouble maintaining proper idle speed.
