6500 rpm, full throttle, lose boost... Why? Part throttle I pull till redline.
1994 Integra GSR
Precision SC34
Tial watsegate 7 Lb spring
Some knockoff BOV
Tuned w/Chrome
Heres my problem and it's strange.
I can floor my car and it builds boost, peaks at 7lbs and I have that untill 6500 RPM +/- 200 RPM, then I lose boost. The gauge goes to Zero, car stops pulling.
I can go part throttle, 3-4 lbs, maybe even 5, as long as it's part throttle and it will pull to redline.
Why would that happen?
-------------------
Something to make things more confusing:
The car was running perfectly with this turbo before the turbo blew. It was tuned with Chrome and pulled 7 lbs till redline.
Turbo blows, I pull everything off and revert to NA. I don't even change the tune, I just drive it AS IS. I put this turbo back on and I have this problem.
What could it be guys?

Actually.. it had something to do with Vtec, as crazy and stupid as it sounds.
I unhooked the solenoid and it would pull full boost untill redline.
I hook the solenoid back up, it stops at 6500.
I had to reset the ECU because unplugging the Vtec solenoid threw a code.. so I reset the ecu and now I don't lose boost.
Does it make ANY SENSE? Nope.
All I know is it now pulls like a mother till redline.

i have the same problem but i think mine is fuel because im running a bigger set up on 345cc injecors...for now on a crome tuen because i couldnt get the precision 880cc to accept any boost they were instantly leaning out the 345s i have good a/f up to around 6000 rpm then just cuts
