All that would work just fine, I use a 57 trim 63 ar on my b16 and am very happy with it, but it depends on your power goals on what turbo would be best

1. Yes, Yes.
2. Use an ebay CAST manifold ONLY! The stainless ones are JUNK!
3.
4. The turbo will work nice.
5. Might as well go for bigger injectors(650's), your going to want more boost and it will suck to drop more $$$$$ on injectors.

I used an ebay. 2.5 intercooler kit, came with the piping, and a cheap blow off valve.

Currently running ::

Bone stock GSR motor,
cast exhaust manifold
Tial 38mm waste gate,
T1 saturated 1000cc injectors (E85) tune
Neptune RTP p72 ecu
3in dump for exhaust
Ebay 60-1 turbo-5 bolt exhaust flange (T3/T4)
Ebay intercooler

making a little over 400hp right now. it can be done, and can make good power.

But............ go for quality over just getting it done. Try to buy parts only one time, dont buy something cause its cheap, you may have to buy it twice.

3in downpipe would be better. But buy the manifold and downpipe together, and make sure they'll work with the turbo you're getting.

I ran into an issue where the downpipe I bought wouldnt fit, because with my cast manifold my turbo sat against the block, so I had to rotate it so the exhaust turned to the driver's side. Thus the downpipe was now on the wrong side.

And yes, the blow and intercooler work great. The blow sounds like an cheap SSQ, but works fine. Does take about 3-5psi to get it to work though, but thats just the cheapness and a stiff spring. Mine is unscrewed all the way and it still takes about 3-5psi to make it blow off.

usually a group buy is the cheapest. Also check into Borg Warner turbos, they are becoming one of the best around, and many racing peoples are switching to them.

there are many performance shops that sell them. I believe T1 can get borg warners and many other brands at good prices. hit them up and find out. You'll need to do some research as to what size you'll be wanting before though.

Good luck.

thats not hideous, but I haven't heard anything god-awful about them.

Decent price for what you get. Again just make sure the turbo will fit with that application. I ended up just having a downpipe/dump made.

Your best bet would be to contact Greg at www.go-autoworks.com, very good pricing on BW turbo's. I would grab a cast mani, BW .55AR 57trim turbo, and have him make you a custom 3" downpipe(no 2.5" junk).
