FS/TW: 95 Si w/ built Z6, turbo and OEM goodies

Hi everyone,
I'm offering up for sale my project that I have been working on for the past year. It is a 95 Milano Red Civic Si; 171k on the chassis and 80 miles on the motor and it runs and drives great. *****I am not parting out anything as of right now; either every Honda part I own goes, or everything stays.******
Just to start out, the car is no eye candy but had a lot of money, time, and effort put into it. Everything was done to the best of my ability and nothing was rushed.
I'm gonna be as honest as possible in this post and going to try to list everything I remember.
Ok, lets get started with the car itself:
Motor:
-Block:
-Z6 block, stock bore
-Honed, decked, notched, hot-tanked
-75mm Vitara's w/ NPR rings
-Eagle H-beams
-GE block guard
-Toga HV oil pump
-ACL Race main and rod bearings
-Cometic head gasket
-Tapped oil pan
-Timing belt and water pump replaced as well as every other seal and gasket
-Head:
-Stock rebuilt Z6 head
-New seals and gaskets
-Milled and hot-tanked
-ARP headstuds
Trans:
-Stock Z6 trans, no grinds or pop-outs
-Axle seals, pilot, and throwout bearings replaced
-Clutchmasters Stage 5 clutch (lol, I know)
-Stock resurfaced flywheel
Misc:
-Y8 intake mani swap
-STR fuel rail
-Fluidine rad w/ "slim" fan
-E-bay intake and header just for break-in
-3" stainless exhaust w/ Vibrant can (loud)
Exterior and suspension:
Mostly stock right now for the exception amber corners, generic coilovers, and megan racing LCA's.
Interior:
-Gsr cloth seats & arm-rest
-OEM ITR shift boot
-"AC" (Mugen style) shift ****
Now onto the extras that will come with the car:
-Brand new OEM ej1 front lip
-Brand new set of OEM eg floor mats
-Set of bronze HX's
-Misc. rear seat pieces
-DA front seats (don't ask)
-GSR shifter console
-EG rear strut bar
-A bunch of other misc. Honda parts that I find laying around: TB, intake mani, stock pistons and rods, hand brake cable, and etc.
Also, I will be including an almost complete turbo kit:
-Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo
-E-bay mini ram-horn that is wrapped, braced and had the wastegate flange extended
-Tial 38mm
-Greddy Type-RS
-2 intercoolers (1 is JRC, not sure on the other one)
-Piping and clamps
-Oil feed and drain setup (firewall)
-Boost and oil pressure guages
-Chipped p28, ostrich, and hulog
I will now list the bads:
-Rust
-Could use pads and rotors all around since it was sitting for a while (pass. side rear caliper is also sticking a bit), but still stops very well
-Has a small fluctuating idle sometimes when its warmed up
-No AC, P/S, radio, speakers, or antenna
Whew. With that said, I'm looking to take offers. Will entertain some trades, but mostly looking for cash. Please, no lowballers though.

Gonna try to keep everything with the car as a package for now, but I'll let you guys know if I'm gonna start selling parts separately.
