I have a 96 civic ex coupe with a 94 usdm gsr swap, i'm running a p73 ecu, the problem with the car, is giving me code p1337 it means not reading the crank sensor. What can i do to fix the problem or trick the ecu, to pass emission?

 

there is a ckf fix, but i cant remember where it is,
i always fixed it by swapping out the oil pump with an obd2 oil pump, crank sprocket and ckf sensor. thats the only way i know of fixing it.
