Default experiance with ek wheel bearing replacement?

subject not found on EG/EK FAQ thread.

My brother civic ek front R&L wheel bearings sound like crap due to years of neg camber.
I need to replace it.
I figure the best way is to take off the arm (detach from uppper & lower ball joint) and take the whole thing to a machine shop for them to press out old one and press in new one....

What do you think?
What is a fair price for a shop to charge for pressing in/out wheel bearings?

junk yard a knuckle. im buyin one tomarrow for 50 bucks. but it is press in and you must remove the knuckle from the car. new wheel bearing + press labor is gonna be like 75+ dollars.... just get a used knuckle for around 50.
