Default which lsd is better

i am in the process of building a h22 turbo and i am looking at tranny and diff options, and i need your help i have a jdm h22 tranny that has a fresh rebuild on it and only has like 500 miles on it the only issue is that when i had it rebuilt i had a drag spool put in it and i cant stand it i hate the way it drives and everything about it. so my question is should i buy a m-factory lsd and have it put in. or should i go with the factory f20b t2t4 transmission which is lsd from the factory and it is a gear type lsd so it wont be so gay to boost like the m2b4 lsd trans. thanks a bunch for the input guys.
by the way it is for a 500whp h22 powered integra.

I would say Quaife LSD, or if you could find a T2W4 EuroR Transmission, that would be Ideal.

im not running a aftermarket diff in the m2b4 i am using a jdm open diff tranny.
im not getting a quaife they are way too much money for something that isnt even that much better then the mfactory.
does anyone have any experience with the f20b lsd trans do they hold up good to boost and high hp. are the gears any stronger or beeter gear ratio. thanks
