I will be putting mine back on this week, but I don't know what you need to know?
There are 2 bolts - you need a socket and not an open end in order to get them back on with the Cusco bar.
A deep socket is probably best since the head of the bolt will be sitting in the 'cup' of the Cusco bar. I use a 1/2" drive to a 3/8" converter to get the socket to reach the bolt head.
I have had this bar off and on a few times, but never tried installing it with the suspension loaded. Wheels have always been up in the air. I doubt if it makes any difference since the bolt passes through a bracket an then through a metal sleeve bushing on the LCA. The LCA metal sleeve should have a very small amount of clearance around the bolt which should settle into position when you lower the car back down.

Thanks for the reply!! Well im in for pics if you dont mind getting some I just want a direction on how it looks after the installation. I basically wanted to know if I need to do any thing special for the install or if its ok for me to have it in the air on jack stand for the add on. Also how do I keep the front lower control arms in place when i take the bolts out to add the bar? I was just thinking a 2x4 and the jack to hold it up or will they stay in place? Thanks in advance for your time!!
just to make sure and back myself up, these do go on the front inner lower control arms correct? I know that sounds stupid to ask im just trying to make 110% sure thats where it goes. againThanks!

yes it goes on the front inner bolts and if the car is raised in the air the lower control arms probably won't move when you take out the bolts since its still connected to the shock fork and knuckle
The only time I had the bolts off before the Cusco bar was to put poly bushings in the LCAs.
This seems to have made the LCAs stick really tight in the bracket so I don't know if the same tight fit will exist with stock.
The LCAs don't budge - guessing yours shouldn't either if you just pull the bolts and install the bar.
To be on the safe side, maybe pull one bolt and put it on the bar and loosely install it back on the car to ensure the LCA won't move out of place while you do the other bolt.
