Icon6 92 Civic CX Starting then Dying (jdmd15b)

I've had this issue for the past couple weeks, sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn't... but when it does it will go vrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr up to about 2000rpm then just drop and shut off like it's not getting any gas. When it accually fires up and warms up it runs fine and drops to around 700rpm, purrs nicely. Yesterday i was driving doing around 60km/h and it was slightly bogging like something could be clogged? im thinking it could be the fuel filter.. but ive also read fuel pump and ignition switch/coil could cause this, what do you think?
