This is what happen:

I came home one night and parked the car. I went back the next morning and the car wouldn't start. I thought I ran out of gas so I went to get some. I have a half a tank of gas and still no start.

Check engine light stays on. It does not stay on for 2 seconds and turns off. There is no fuel or spark. I've already changed the ignitor and coil. I jumped the main relay to test the fuel pump and it primes. I've replaced the main relay.

I've read that the map sensor could be the culprit.

Please help.

 

i had this issue to my fuel pump would prime but it wouldnt continue running the car wouldnt even start so i hooked the fuel pump up to a toggle switch which is hidden and as long as i flip that switch on when i wanna drive my car runs havent had a problem since i dont know if thats the fix to your problem just giving my advice to hopefully help
