Default 1995 Civic Hatch wire tucked (replace the T with an F)

I just recently baught a 1995 Civic Hatch. It has an LS VTEC bored 20 over with wiseco 12:5:1 pistons, eagle h beam rods, skunk 2 intake, skunk2 stage 1 cams, ITR tranny with stock LSD.

All of that is beside the point though.

Someone wire tucked and shaved the engine bay. There is NOTHING there, and I mean nothing. And although it looks freakin sweet, Im running into all sorts of problems, listed below:

No ac , heat, or even a BLOWER MOTOR for that matter or a heater core

No fan, or any of the wiring for the fan.

No blinkers or any wiring for the blinkers.

No overflow can for the radiator. (water leaks out of the spout where the hose should go from the radiator and into the overflow) Is this normal without the overflow?

The area under where the windshield wipers used to be is gutted, and leaks water into the floorboard.

And the one thats got me most worried is the PCV crap all out of it. I have spots where rubber hoses should hook up to the PCV stuff on the car, but nothings there. is this bad? shouldn't this stuff be there for optimum performance? Also no on the intake but the throttle body is a spot for what looks like a 10mm bolt that doesnt have the bolt in it and its making a loud sucking noise. I have no idea what would even go here.

If anyone has any suggestions about some work arounds could be, let me know. Thanks alot.

Oddly enough the car runs awesome. I took an SRT 4 neon NO PROBLEM the other day. The car pulls VERY hard, nearly as hard as my last CRX with a turbo'd b16 on stock internals. (6lbs) Im really suprised how good its running for an all motor setup. Although I am concerned with some of these issues. If anyone wouldnt mind helping me out and throwing some ideas out there, i'd very much appreciate it.

all the wiring should be under the fender. With a full tuck, the heater and such is usually taken out for room for the brake lines. Theres no fan for the radiator? go get one.

No overflow? Without an overflow, it will spit out coolant when the pressure gets too high.

I don't get your pcv question.

But as for the reply about the PCV question. In the pictures you can see clearly that there are no hoses really hooked up for that. Wouldn't that cause massive vacuum leaks? The car doesn't idle rough or appear to be suffering very much from it, but I was told when it was tuned that he couldn't get the tune exactly perfect due to what he thought to be an oversized header. something about the header being too big for the car,but im just wondering if the problem could be stemming from the fact that the pcv crap is all gutted out when it was wired tucked

All of the wires will be under the fenders, the fuse box will either be under the dash or some people mount that in the bottom inside of the passenger side fender. As far as him not being able top get the rune correct, do you know if there has been any upgrades to the fuel system?

Looks nice

Yes its normal for coolant to come out of that spout but it should be going to a reservoir so it can pull coolant from it or push it to it if need depending on temp. I dont think its a good idea to not have one, it will push coolant out and pull air in when it tries to pull coolant in.

you should get a reservoir for the coolant, and then drain the coolant and refill. I would try to plug the holes until you figure out where the go to and the line them to the right spot with tubing. Just my .02
