1>Soak them with PB BLASTER penetrating oil
[Allow them to soak overnight or as long as possible]
2>Center punch with a quality automatic center punch
3>drill a small pilot hole in the center
4>Apply heat to the boss around the broken fastener
5> Use a low speed drill with left-handed drill bits
or you can also use broken bolt extractors but be careful..

If that sounds out of your range of capability,
I would suggest a reputable machine shop..

Why wouldn't you stop after breaking on? Once one is broken you have to take it all apart to take the broken bolt out anyways.

Yes,thy make them in small to very small sizes.
PS>that bolt is a 6mm in size..

Also sometimes,
If the bolt is not "seized" or
"bottomed-out" in the hole, and will turn freely,

You can take a dental pick or a flatblade
screwdriver and just twist them out..
