Regardless, there are going to be some rock chips that will start to show up. But I was thinking of getting either a carbon hood or a regular hood. Would rock chips mostly occur and be noticable on regulars hoods since its painted? and what about carbon fiber hoods? which should i get? i know there are accessories that prevent getting chips, but i dont like them =] thats just me. thanks

what can you do to prevent rock chips anyway besides those covers.
