hey fellas. im just getting started on my body work and i have a few questions about some materials.

i particularly like the evercoat stuff so i was thinking about using there entire line of products. (filler,primer, and glaze.)

will it work with whatever color coat i will be using?

the reason i am worried is that i have noticed most people use paint and primer from the same product line.

if i choose to use the evercoat filler could i use the primer from my color coat product line?

also, the car has been painted possibly twice before i got it. so do i need to knock most of that crap off and then:

etch primer/filler/primer/sealer/color/clear in that order?
