Default H2b help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok im doing a h2b swap on my 91 EF Hatch but i ran to a problem.
the H2B KIT from evolution comes with a template to grind down the block
to make clearance for the axle but when i did it made a small hole almost right
on the corner of the block but when i leaned the block back Oil came out the hole so i took the oil pan out and it went tru but everthing else is good expect that little hole. DID ANYBODY RAN INTO THIS PROBLEM?
