CEL has been on for a year but car has always run fine so I never bothered with it. I figured it was the O2 sensor so I replaced it since I have an inspection due. Didn't help so I tried pulling codes but I get nothing. CEL stays on constantly instead of flashing and the SRS light flashes steadily and continuously. Can't get it to give me a code. Am I doing something wrong? I'm jumping the 2 wire blue connector at the right kick panel with the black and blue wire. Any help would be appriciated.

You have retrieved code 0, which indicates a fault in the ECU or its circuitry. Start by checking for a short in the service connector circuit.
