Ok every time i fill up my gas tank ,my car wont start right up .i would have to cycle the key a bunch of times then it will start....has anybody seen this before and i get a code 16 for injectors .i did the test for the code and its all ok inter-mitten problem....any help is good help thx berto

 

When you take off your gas cap is there pressure released or nothing?

 

code 16 = main relay.

 

Check the main relay per http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/start...html#mainrelay. This test costs nothing but maybe 10 minutes.

Other possibilities are a malfunctioning injector resistor box and the injector wiring otherwise somehow becoming fouled. Did you use the shop manual's diagnostic procedure for checking on Code 16 and so the injector wiring?

some time's there is pressure and some time's there is none

code 16 = main relay.
i dont recall main relay a option on the test but when i have to cycle the key sometimes i dont here the click from the relay......

im going to try that relay test see what happens......thx
